I am a nationally recognized Coach holding my Level 1 through the USA Weightlifting Association and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Currently I'm a full time fitness instructor and personal trainer at Brick New York! My classes range from HIIT Bootcamp style cardio classes to Strength + Conditioning and CrossFit.
My training believe is that the gym should be the best part of your day! All of my personal training clients receive specialized programming that is tailored to their goals and delivered with a positive and upbeat attitude.
